01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aj77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at aj77.io. By creating an account on aj77, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or placing any wager or casino bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through aj77, including but not limited to: sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports), live casino games, RNG casino games, slots, Andar Bahar, Pool Rummy, crash games, and any future product categories added to the platform. Access to and use of the aj77 platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms at all times.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of any part of the aj77 platform following your initial registration constitutes ongoing and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each session.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the aj77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. aj77 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances, and it is a fundamental term of this agreement that you confirm your age truthfulness at the point of registration.

In addition to the age requirement, you must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited or restricted in your personal jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use of the platform in your location. aj77 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited.

Age Verification Process

aj77 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued identity document — either a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of identity. Accounts that fail age verification will be suspended, and any pending withdrawal requests will be held until verification is successfully completed.

aj77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage — not only at the point of withdrawal. If a verification request is issued and the account holder fails to provide the required documentation within 30 calendar days, the account may be permanently closed and any balance reviewed in accordance with the anti-fraud procedures in Section 9 of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on aj77 only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with the same individual may be closed, and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

At the point of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh, your date of birth, and a valid email address. You must keep your registered details up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

Registration Restrictions

• You may not register on behalf of another person.
• Corporate entities, legal persons, and non-human accounts are not permitted to register.
• Employees of aj77 and its associated service providers are not eligible to register as players.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded from the platform may not re-register without prior written consent from the aj77 compliance team.

04 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aj77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. aj77 will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel.

Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have formally notified aj77 of unauthorised account access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password immediately. aj77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

aj77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP via registered mobile number) for all accounts. You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. aj77 disclaims all liability for losses arising from account access on unsecured or shared devices.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on aj77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. aj77 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, upon detection.

Deposits are typically credited to your aj77 wallet within minutes of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. aj77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network downtime, or your mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account not registered in your name. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification as described in Section 2 of these Terms.

Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours. Withdrawals of larger amounts or those triggering routine security review may take up to 3 business days. aj77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

aj77 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.

Bonus Abuse

aj77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedge bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and any form of collusion between players to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.

07 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on aj77 is governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market. Rules for cricket betting, football betting, kabaddi betting, and all other sports available on the platform are published in the platform's Help section and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to read the applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

Bets placed on aj77 are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. In the event of a technical error that causes a bet to be incorrectly recorded — including incorrect odds, incorrect market, or system malfunction — aj77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements for any active bonus.

Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palpable odds"), aj77 reserves the right to void or adjust the bet at its discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Examples of palpable errors include odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the market, odds entered incorrectly due to a data feed failure, or odds that would not be offered by any reasonable market.

08 Casino Games

aj77 offers a range of casino products including live dealer games (streamed from certified studio environments), RNG digital table games, slot titles, crash games, and South Asian card games including Andar Bahar and Pool Rummy. All RNG games operate using certified random number generation technology that has been tested for fairness by independent technical testing laboratories. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel.

Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules and procedures applicable to each live game are governed by those providers' published rules, copies of which are accessible within the game interface. aj77 is not responsible for service interruptions in live game streams caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game hand or round will be completed according to the applicable game rules. If a technical fault prevents the completion of a round, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. aj77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific casino game or game provider.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aj77 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sporting fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or aj77 support staff.
• Circumventing account restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or cooling-off periods.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the aj77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name aj77, the logo, website design, user interface elements, text content, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of aj77 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the aj77 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of aj77's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Privacy & Data

aj77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at aj77.io/privacy-policy and forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where opted in, marketing communications.

aj77 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors, identity verification services, and game content providers — and only under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data security.

12 Responsible Gaming

aj77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders free of charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent account closure.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aj77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, technical malfunctions, third-party service interruptions, or any other damages howsoever arising.

aj77's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising from any cause of action related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aj77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aj77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur; aj77 will endeavour to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting your rights requires notification. Where material changes are made, aj77 will notify registered users via the contact details on file — typically by SMS to the registered mobile number or by a notification displayed upon next login.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. aj77 operates with a commitment to fair dealing and good faith. In the event of any dispute between you and aj77 regarding these Terms or any transaction on the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, before pursuing formal dispute resolution procedures.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute legal advice. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable local laws relating to online gambling in their jurisdiction.
